Hampton Inn & Suites West Melbourne-Palm Bay Road

I am almost hesitant to write a review like this...sometimes, when you find a hidden gem, you like to keep it to yourself...but let's give credit where credit is due. I stay in hotels often for work and always use Hilton hotels, but even the majority of those are Hampton Inns. This is by far the best Hampton Inns we've stayed in, and this is our 5th time here. The rooms are always spotless and smell nice, and the rest of the hotel is just as clean. The breakfast is consistently good. The staff are always outstanding. The drive from here to the cruise port is a bit longer compared to those further north, but the cleanliness and staff here more than make up for it.

Can't give a low enough review for what I think is a lousy service. Booked and paid for thru hotels.com. Got to this hotel which has a very high rating at 9pm after driving for 2 and 1/2 hours just to be told we can't check in because their computer system is down and has been for 4-plus hours according to this young kid at the desk. 4-plus hours that's insane now we are stuck sitting in our car instead of in our room that's paid for already! The clerk behind the counter took my name but not my number, I offered it but he said it would be on the reservation and was told I could wait anywhere I liked. so I went to our car and pulled it around the side of the building and parked. After a while we noticed people pulling in and parking and going inside but not coming out like we did, so my wife goes in to find out the system is back up and running (no call). So I'm not real happy at this point, but go inside to find out the clerk cancelled our reservation when the system came back up because I went out to my car to wait. He apologized with some excuse that Hotels.com do not forward my contact info so he assumed we left to go elsewhere. This whole situation could have been handled bette

LOVED the location of this Hampton Inn and Suites! Scott at the front desk was an amazing help and so friendly. There are numerous restaurants and stores nearby. BJ's warehouse club and gas is within walking distance. That is helpful! Very clean rooms. I will stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was spotless. The room was rather large with lots of space to put items. The wet bar was a great size. The bathroom and shower was also a great size. We highly recommend this hotel. It is close to shopping and restaurants.

Loved this hotel, first time staying at this location. Extremely clean room, hot water easy to navigate the parking lot and very easy directions to get too (we came off 95). Really appreciate how friendly the hotel staff is and the free breakfast was good fresh and hot. I highly recommend this hotel we will be staying here again in the future.

Excellent experience! I helped host a seminar at this location and the cleanliness and customer service were top notch. Arsbie, their houseman, is exceptionally good at what he does. You can tell he truly cares about his work. I walked in and his smile and greeting made me feel so welcome. As well as Lisa, who works at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. She was detailed, and really went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed here. This level of hospitality is so refreshing and appreciated in a customer service climate we are in. Thank you for your wonderful accommodations!
